Microsoft buys LinkedIn 2016-12-08 10:45:25

This summer Microsoft decided to buy social network LinkedIn, but there were some issues, so the company had to get a permission from European Commission. During past few days, European Commission cleared the way for Microsoft new deal. The deal will cost 26,2 billion dollars. According to the deal agreement, LinkedIn will save its brand, corporative culture and independent policy.

From the middle of November, Microsoft stocks increased by 3,9%. This is a stable growing trend, that traders can use to make income deals. Trading will be available during American session, from 14:40 to 21:00 GMT.
